Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that orders placed during sales, launches, or high-volume periods may experience slightly longer processing times.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via standard shipping, with delivery times varying by destination. Estimated delivery is typically 10–21 business days after processing, depending on your country.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at starchildco.com@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned in their original packaging when possible

Please note: Final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at starchildco.com@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] and we'll make it right right away.

1. Model Purchase Requirement

• All models are responsible for purchasing the clothing items they will be modeling for photoshoots, promotional content, campaigns, or events.
• Clothing is not provided free of charge unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Star Child Co.

1. Model Discount

• As a Star Child Co. model, you will receive a 15% off discount on any clothing purchased for modeling purposes or for personal use. (Model’s choice)
• The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless approved by management.

2. Ownership of Clothing

• Once purchased, all clothing belongs to the model and may be kept after the photoshoot.

3. Payment

• Payment for clothing must be completed before the scheduled photoshoot unless another arrangement has been approved by Star Child Co.

4. Professionalism

• Models are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and with all purchased clothing in clean, wearable condition.
• Models should treat all team members with respect and conduct themselves professionally during all shoots and events.

5. Photos and Marketing

• By participating in a Star Child Co. photoshoot, models grant Star Child Co. permission to use photographs and videos for advertising, social media, the website, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed upon.
